We are hiring an Inbound Sales Executive who will handle initial conversations with potential clients, identify their needs, and fix appointments for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in building trust, educating prospects, and preparing the path for sales closures.

What will you do? (Roles):

Client Interaction & Appointment Setting

  • Respond to inbound queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or website/chat channels.
  • Reach out to new leads generated from campaigns, expos, digital sources, and offline teams.
  • Fix appointments for product demos or sales meetings.
  • Represent Dit’o with warmth, professionalism, and clarity in every conversation.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients across corporates, hotels, cafés, caterers, restaurants, and coworking spaces.
  • Initiate contact via outbound emails and follow-up calls to explore interest.
  • Maintain lead data and status updates in the CRM.

Needs Analysis & Trust Building
  • Understand the client's pain points related to coffee/beverage services.
  • Share the Dit'o advantage: quality, convenience, aesthetics, and operational simplicity.
  • Give them the confidence that Dit’o can solve their needs—no matter the size of their business. 

Lead Qualification & Handover
  • Qualify leads based on parameters like interest, budget, need, and timeline.
  • Share detailed notes, pain points, and lead context with the field sales team.
  • Track each interaction diligently and follow up as needed.

Reporting & Insights
  • Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Share weekly insights on objections, interest trends, and conversion bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve FAQs, emailers, and lead messaging. 

What do we need? (Requirements):

  • 1–4 years of experience in inbound/inside sales, lead qualification, or telecalling.
  • Must be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi—spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills—articulate, active listener, and empathetic.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B or HoReCa sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel or CRM tools is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and consistent in follow-ups.
